Peanut Butter Muffins

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour (All-purpose flour also good)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom of muffin cups. Beat egg and combine with milk and Oil. Sift dry ingredients together. Cut peanut butter into dry mixture and then add wet ingredients. Stir just until all flour is moist. Fill muffin cups ? full. Bake 15-20 minutes. Makes 12.
